2. Nature of Services & Disclaimers

InfluenceXPR provides creator publicity coordination and strategic content distribution across an independent network of curated Instagram partner pages.

Please note the following explicit operating principles:

  • No Guaranteed Follower Growth: We do not sell or guarantee followers, bot traffic, or artificial account numbers.
  • No Guaranteed Virality: While campaigns are optimized for discoverability and reach, virality depends on creative reception, algorithm conditions, and viewer appetite.
  • No Guaranteed Fame or Commercial Success: Our service is strictly publicity coordination and community distribution.
  • Third-Party Platform Independence: InfluenceXPR is an independent publicity network and is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators submitting campaign requests warrant that they hold the rights and permissions to all submitted assets, visuals, audio, and branding materials. InfluenceXPR reserves the right to decline distribution of content that violates third-party intellectual property or platform community standards.

4. Partner Page Standards

Partner page owners participating in our distribution network agree to publish approved campaign content in accordance with scheduled time slots and formatting specifications. Partner pages must maintain authentic engagement practices. InfluenceXPR reserves the right to suspend or remove any partner page failing verification audits.

5. Campaign Scoping & Custom Pricing

All campaigns are scoped individually based on creator objectives, category requirements, partner volume, and distribution timeline. Final deliverable terms and timelines are confirmed directly through customized campaign agreements prior to launch.

6. Limitation of Liability

InfluenceXPR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party social media platform algorithm updates, content moderation actions, or account modifications outside of our direct operational control.
